Gabriela Flis

Gabriela Flis is a PhD candidate at the Doctoral School of Humanities at the University of Warsaw, as well as a graduate of the Institute of Applied Linguistics at the same university. Being a part of AVT Lab at the University of Warsaw, her main research interests are audiovisual translation (dubbing in particular), eyetracking and accessibility. Outside of academia, she works as a translator, subtitler, captioner, resepaker and interpreter, mainly working with English, Polish and sometimes French.
