Nancy Guevara

Nancy Guevara is a Speech-to-Text Interpreter based in Australia, with a background in respeaking, translation and subtitling. Having completed specialised training with the University of Vigo in 2019, she became the first qualified Interlingual Speech-to-Text Interpreters in Australia. She started her STTI journey in 2017, when she completed an intralingual respeaking (English) in-house training program at Macquarie University in Sydney, and subsequently worked as an intralingual respeaker and subtilter for the same university. Nancy currently works as a freelancer for clients located in the USA, Latin America, Europe and Australia, and has accumulated valuable experience providing remote speech-to-text interpreting services for global high profile clients and public institutions.
