Sevita Caseres

Sevita Caseres is a final year doctoral researcher in the French Department at University College Cork. She teaches Translation Studies at University College Cork and French at the University of Geneva. She is passionate about audiovisual translation and translates from English, German, and Spanish into French. Sevita has previously obtained an MA in Specialised Multilingual Translation and Communication from the Faculty of Translation and Interpreting of the University of Geneva. Her research interests include professional and amateur subtitling practices, subtitling processes, as well as collaboration and communication in translation.
