Claudia Almeida

Claudia Almeida is an English teacher/translator/interpreter in a government agency in Brasilia, Brazil. She recently finished her master's in Translation Studies and has just started her PhD studies. She is an enthusiast of languages and how they affect our perception, mainly in audiovisual environments. Currently, she is also interested in literary translation, more specifically the translation of one of the Brazilian greatest writers, João Guimarães Rosa.

Furthermore, she loves reading, dancing flamenco and being home with husband and dogs. Happiness is quite simple.
