Martina Urgesi

Martina Urgesi is the Head of Production at Titelbild. She obtained her Diploma in Translation from Saarland University in 2001. She is fluent in German, Italian, French and English. She has worked as a translator using translation tools and translation memories, as a subtitler using various subtitling software and assisting in their further development, as a reviser and editor and as a project manager and trouble-shooter. She has also worked as a live subtitler and audio describer, leading the development of in-house skills and training in these new and innovative areas. In her current position she is responsible for productivity and overall development of production processes and quality assurance across all languages and media.
