Marta Miquel Iriarte

Marta Miquel Iriarte has a BA in Translations Studies by the University of the Basque Country (UPV-EHU). She also has a MA in Audiovisual Translation and a MA in Traductology, both by the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). Currently, she is working on her PhD proposal on accesibility in audiovisual translation. Her research interests include subtitling for the deaf and hard of hearing and especially, reaspeaking. She is member of the research group TransMedia Catalonia, where she works on different national and international projects.
