Andrés García

Andrés García holds a degree in Foreign Language Teaching, a BA in English Language & Linguistics and Translation and an MPhil in Literary Translation. He has worked as a subtitler over the last 5 years and has experience in theatre surtitling, film editing and translating scripts and children's literature. He has taught Spanish at Trinity College Dublin, and in three different countries at school level. He is currently working on his doctoral research on the application of CAT tools in audiovisual translation at Imperial College London.
