Jorge Díaz Cintas

Jorge Díaz Cintas, PhD, is Senior Lecturer in Translation at Imperial College London. He is the author of several books and articles on subtitling including Audiovisual Translation: Subtitling (2007), co-written with Aline Remael. He is a member of the international research group TransMedia and since 2002 has been the president of the European Association for Studies in Screen Translation
